Non-tangible irrevocable goods (“Digital products”)
We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods (“digital products”) once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Tangible goods (“Physically shippable product”)
Please write to us at [email protected] with the details of the issue with the products and we will initiate a refund within 2-4 days.

If approved then refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.  In case, return is not applicable, we don’t accept any return request
